Pixie ear was my first product which was designed to be manufactured at a large scale. life cycle analysis, production costs as well as fair pricing and cad rendering were all used in the designing of the product. Pixie ears mainly focused on the science and fantasy fiction fan base. which revenues up to ... a year in movie merchandising and fan collecting. with only changing a few colours the ears were designed to cover a plethora of movies and books within the industry including Harry Potter , star trek and lord of the rings.
Pixie ears were designed to hold numerous wireless earphones including apple AirPods, JVC and Sony. The designed used a simple click and lock system and could be changed in size to fit everyones ear. Making it cheap to manufacture.
